With 13+ years of clinical experience, Lauren Ricciardi has been practicing Psychotherapy in the greater NYC area  in a variety of clinical settings:   an outpatient mental health clinic, private schools specializing in ASD treatment, a residential treatment center for children, in-home play therapy programs for children diagnosed with Autism, a therapeutic foster boarding home program, and a public elementary school counseling program.

Lauren currently provides Therapy to teens, young adults, and adults. Lauren uses a dynamic, engaging, empathetic and relational approach within the therapeutic process. Lauren sees the relationship built between Therapist and client as incredibly important to the therapeutic process and also the healing process.  Lauren is therapeutically eclectic, creating space for mindfulness, somatic, insight oriented, attachment-focused and strengths based approaches.  Lauren provides Therapy to clients presenting with symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, OCD, family and relational challenges, identity exploration and understanding, and life transitions. Lauren provides Therapy to clients from all walks of life, varying ethnical and racial backgrounds and any human within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Tina has been providing therapy to clients for almost 20 years.  Tina’s therapeutic relationships have predominantly focused on working with young and older adults facing a wide variety of life and mental health challenges:  Depression, Anxiety, significant life changes, loss/grief, marital issues, and emotional complications related to trauma. Tina’s therapeutic style is psychodynamic and relationally oriented.

Tina is excited to have the continued opportunity to provide therapy services to adults experiencing challenges and emotional distress related to Depression, Anxiety and Mood disorders.

Maria Lambrinoudis, MHC LP

Maria's approach to therapy is one that incorporates techniques from several modalities, while also using warmth, humor, and mindfulness. Maria's goal as a clinician is to provide encouragement, empowerment, and a safe place for her clients as they navigate through difficult times.

Maria has experience working with a wide range of clients of various ages, mental health challenges, and cultural backgrounds. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Some of her experience includes providing guidance and intervention to those who are undergoing difficult life transitions, anxiety, stress, and depression. Additionally, Maria also has experience in helping individuals who struggle with communication issues, showing themselves compassion, and interpersonal relationships.

Joanlie is a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and relationships of all kinds. Her therapeutic approach is relational and systemic, with an emphasis on understanding life challenges in relation to issues of cultural and identity formation, spirituality, family systems, and social justice. She collaborates with clients to author their own definitions of meaningfulness in the world. Joanlie provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working towards personal goals for change, growth, and healing.

Krystle Cheirs-Roberts, LMSW

Krystle is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is queer, multiracial, and a first generation child of an immigrant.

A graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in clinical practice with individuals, families, and groups; and a focus on sexuality and gender, Krystle is passionate about creating safe spaces and empowering women, LGBTQIA+ and gender fluid individuals, young adults, and adolescents through compassionate, culturally responsive, and affirming therapy. She is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and a Spanish speaker. 

Krystle is dedicated to fostering good mental health and well-being for clients through a collaborative and anti-oppressive strengths-based approach, using elements of narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mind-body connection, and breath work (where appropriate) to support and guide clients through their life journey. 

Laura Tolentino Nunez, MFT-LP

Laura is a Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a warm, grounded presence to her work with individuals, couples, and families. She supports clients navigating anxiety, grief, depression, identity questions, and relationship challenges, offering a compassionate space to process life’s complexities. With a client-centered approach and deep respect for each person’s lived experience, Laura helps people move toward healing, clarity, and a more connected sense of self.

She holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and completed clinical training focused on trauma, relational distress, and intergenerational dynamics. Her work is further informed by undergraduate studies in psychology and sociology, including coursework in developmental psychology, cultural identity, and systemic inequality. Drawing from therapy modalities such as CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and the Gottman Method, Laura tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. As a bicultural therapist and New York City native, she brings cultural humility, inclusivity, and a strong sense of attunement to the diverse realities her clients face.
