SUPERVISION
Lauren Ricciardi’s Group Practice offers Supervision and supervised hours towards clinical licensure. Supervision is offered to Psychotherapists who apply for a W2 position within the Group Practice. Bi-weekly Individual Supervision is provided by either Lauren Ricciardi LCSW or Tina Zug LCSW-R. Monthly Group Supervision is provided to all Psychotherapists within the practice.
CONSULTATION
Lauren Ricciardi’s Group Practice offers Consultation services to Psychotherapists practicing within their own private or group practices or who are providing Psychotherapy in another clinical setting. At this time, Lauren Ricciardi LCSW and Tina Zug LCSW-R both offer Consultation services to Therapists seeking extra clinical support with case consultation and providing Therapy to clients.
Consultation Services are provided Individually to Therapists. Lauren Ricciardi’s Group Practice also offers Group Consultation Services (see below).

The Consultation Group for Therapists is facilitated by Lauren Ricciardi, LCSW and Tina Zug, LCSW-R. Lauren Ricciardi has been providing Supervision to Therapists for 8+ years and Tina has been providing Supervision for 10+ years. Both have provided clinical support to Therapists in a variety of mental health settings, including private practice and outpatient mental health facilities.
This consultation group offers clinical support and space for Therapists to collectively share their experiences as Therapists. Lauren and Tina provide clinical support to all group members through case formulation and discussions. Lauren and Tina assist in clinically assessing the client’s clinical needs and identifying and exploring potential clinical intervention strategies. Weekly groups include clinical conversation, exploration of clinical interventions, discussions related to growing and running your own therapy practice, along with conversations related to the challenges being a Therapist. There is also ample space for connection and support from peers within the group.
Below are the tiered payment options for Monthly Membership and Monthly Membership+Individual consultation offerings:
Tier 1: Group membership (W/O individual consultation option)
